    Barn Dance BBQ

    ARTfall Exhibition

    Juried art show and sale  as part of the American Craft Walk Wilmington, a celebration of visual and performing arts at various locations in downtown Wilmington. Only artwork completed within the last two yeard will be considered. The show will be judge by Owen Wexler and Miriam Oehrlein.

    International Peace Day in Southport

    The fifth annual commemoration of the International Day of Peace will include two hours of events. After the opening ceremony, enjoy peace songs, dances, children’s crafts, and peace educational literature.


    Brunswick County Intercultural Festival

    The Intercultural Festival celebrates cultural diversity in all aspects, while honoring the cultural history of Brunswick County. Learn about the different cultures that reside in and around our area, enjoy ethnic food trucks, cultural performing artists, children’s activities, displays, diversity workshops, dance demos, and international village exhibits.

    Summer Harvest festival

    The Summer Harvest Festival features plantings for winter, local artisans and crafters, concessions, food, and activities for kids including carnival games, live entertainment, barnyard fun and bounce houses.


    Bark at Soundside Park

    5k fun run featuring a pet parade, dog costume contest, and working dog demo along with raffles, prizes, bouncy houses and more. Proceeds support pet adoptions. Participants are encouraged to run with their dogs.


    Onslow County


    Riding for Wreaths Festival Bike Run & Car Show

    September 15th from 9am-5pm

    This event is sponsored by the Onslow Vietnam Veterans Memorial Foundation each year. This event is to raise money for Wreaths Across America for Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. This year we will have Casey Chesnutt the son of Mark Chesnutt a Nashville Recording artist perform.

    This event will feature Stand-up paddleboard races on Saturday and a Triathlon and 5K on Sunday featuring some of the best athletes from around the region competing against nature. Includes food vendor and a DJ.

    MCAS Cherry Point Commander’s Cup Golf Tournament

    Traditional “pairing party” will be on Friday, September 14th from 5:30-7:30pm at Miller’s Landing including heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages. The format for Saturday is “best ball” using the net ball of the foursome. Teams will be formed using a blind draw system. There will be lots of door prizes, good bags and a tournament hat.

    Beaufort’s Brewin’ Craft Beer Festival

    Two day festival featuring beer seminars, luncheons and dinners in area resaurants, pubs and breweries as well as a pub crawl and Beer, Bubbles and BBQ event. Thes festival will focus on NC craft breweries and brew pubs, with a sampling from across the state.


    Emerald Isle Beach Music Festival

    Free music festival on the beach at the western ocean regional access featuring Band of OZ, Fantastic Shakers, Chairmen of the Board, The Embers, The Tams, and Sammy O’Banion.
