TRAINING
We provide a 6 week training program that produces immediate results. During your 1st 90 days, our sales managers will be with you for every listing presentation, buyer presentation, and writing offers to purchase.
During your first 6 weeks, you will learn:
- To prospect
- To give powerful presentations
- To write effective contracts
- To get a transaction to the closing table
- How newly licensed agents averaged 3 transactions in their 1st 90 days
