CENTURY 21 SWEYER AGENTS AWARDED TOP HONORS BY THE JACKSONVILLE BOARD OF REALTORS®

Four of CENTURY 21 Sweyer’s agents, Scott Morrison, Deryl Smith, Taylor Greene, and Jammie Garlock were recently awarded during the prestigious JBOR Circle of Winners Awards to honor the individual production of real estate agents in the Jacksonville community.

Scott Morrison and Deryl Smith were awarded the Gold Level (90 sides or $10 million), Taylor Greene was awarded the Silver Lever (70 sides or $7 million), and Jammie Garlock was awarded the Bronze Level (42 sides or $5 million).

Van Coley with CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates was selected as a member of the Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce 2013 Board of Directors.

Wilmington, NC- CENTURY 21 Sweyer would like to congratulate one of our own, Van Coley sales agent with our Monkey Junction office, for being selected as a member of the Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce 2013 Board of Directors.  

 Gail McCloskey, president of the Pleasure Island of Commerce states, “The Board of Directors are a select group of volunteers representing the diverse business talent and community outreach individuals that make Pleasure Island such a wonderful and unique place to live, work and play.”

“The Chamber’s Mission is to enhance the quality of life of the citizens of Pleasure Island through the promotion of tourism and the economic development of Carolina and Kure Beaches and contiguous communities. In pursuing this Mission, it shall endeavor, where appropriate, to coordinate its activities with other organizations, individuals and agencies having the same general interests and objectives.  The Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the Chamber, and delegates responsibility of day-to-day operations to the staff and committees.”
