The CENTURY 21® iPhone app is here!

CENTURY 21® Real Estate has been working hard on an iPhone app, and it debuts today in iTunes. I’ve already downloaded it and love it! It’s completely free, and you can search listings or open houses based on your geolocation or any location you desire. From there, get area information, school information and more! You can even view area photos in the city you’re interested in.

The CENTURY 21 Real Estate App is the ultimate field tool for homebuyers!

Looking for a new home? The CENTURY 21 app can help! By utilizing the iPhone’s location technology, the app allows users to get a sense of place and community within the areas of their home search.

Check out a slide show of any area. Get a wiki summary of the community, history and overview of the town. Find detailed community demographics, stats on everything from population to teacher/student ratios at local schools. In just two minutes in the Area section, this app will provide key insights to a community, even for lifelong residents!

Additionally, you will find listings, open house and CENTURY 21 office info for that area.

The CENTURY 21 app customizes itself to the search requests of the user. You can add filters, for you, your spouse, your dream home or your bargain hunt – and save them. You can apply them repeatedly as you narrow down your search.

The must have tool for the new homebuyer and seasoned homebuyer alike.

Five different navigation tabs provide features and functionality:

Area Tab: Ever asked “Where do I want to live?” The Area tab aims to answer that question by providing a wiki summary and stats on an area’s population, annual income, ethnicity, recently sold homes and education level. The stats also provide school info in the form of ratings and grade clusters. The tab also features photos of the area from Panoramio in an easily viewable touch navigation slide show.

Listings Tab: In addition to listings in the traditional format, users can take pictures and make notes that display together and stay with that listing.

Open House Tab: Provides information on open houses in the area you are visiting. This tab provides the time, location and other information about the event.

Office Tab: This handy tab will help you locate the nearest CENTURY 21 office so a real estate professional can assist you.
