An Artist’s View of Wilmington, NC

A few of the things about Wilmington, NC that people instantly fall in love with is our rich history, our gorgeous downtown architechture, and our vibrant arts scene. As I stroll through downtown Wilmington, walk along the riverwalk, or discover hidden treasures on the less-traveled 2nd and 4th Streets, the three seem to morph into one. I can feel the creativity all around me, in the old historic southern-style homes, the mature trees that line the streets, and the friendly people whose paths I may cross that day.

I’m lucky enough to call Wilmington my home. For those of you that are outside our area or may be thinking about relocating to Wilmington, NC, I wanted to share with you a glimpse of Wilmington as a few of our local artists see it.
