I have been in the Wilmington area now for nearly 12 years so I have a great understanding of the real estate market. I went to UNCW in 1997 and then I left for a couple of years to work in the Charlotte area but Wilmington kept calling my name to move back. Fortunately my wife and I were able to move back into this area nearly 9 years ago and now I am here to help you. If you have ever visited Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach or you have lived in this area and you had to relocate then you know exactly what I mean...Wilmington is a great place to call home.

Jeff Lesley is by far the most knowledgeable, hardest working Realtor I have ever used (and I have used several in VA and NC over the years). I will recommend him to everyone I know. The office staff was always courteous and professional and we are thankful to you all. We had a complicated short sale purchase, and without Jeff, the deal would have fallen apart. In some ways he worked both sides of the deal to make it happen for us (as well as the closing attorney who pulled it together for us at the last minute). We have moved several times in the last 12 years and have worked with a lot of realtors over that time, but Jeff was hands-down far better for us than any we have worked with prior. He took the time to really understand what was important to us as a homebuyer "from scratch" without first bringing a set of current houses and trying to start from there. He was very understanding and friendly with our kids (that were very distracting at times), was professional in ever encounter (even when we called him up on a Saturday to meet just down the road from his home; he still had on a C21 polo!), was patient with us as we changed our minds numerous times along the way, and was VERY RESPONSIVE to us the entire way, responding basically at any time of day or night.
