Our Story - 25 years in Wilmington NC Real Estate

CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates was founded in 1987 by David and Polly Sweyer who aspired to have a company comprised of the very best sales agents that could service the real estate needs of the Wilmington area better than the competition. In 1998, their sons, Jeff and Dave Sweyer, joined them in the business which now consists of sales offices covering areas from Jacksonville to Carolina Beach. They also have a successful rental management division, CENTURY 21 Sweyer Rentals, and Community Association Management Company, CAMS. In the twenty four years that we've had the pleasure of serving our community, we have enjoyed countless successes:
