Why do you love being a Sales Manager & what is your role in making Agents successful? I love when people get excited, and I think every achievement is a reason to be excited. I like to share the agents' successes and think that I have a small part in that. I am employed by our agents, so I am there to support, energize and celebrate them.
What makes your office unique? Our office has an intimate, supportive warmth to it. It is a home away from home with our agents being a part of each other’s families. We share in each other’s achievements, in work and in life.
What is your philosophy on what makes an agent successful? Love what you do, do what you love! Having a positive attitude and being honest with yourself and others will create trust among your clients and your peers
