Giving Back to the Community
Since 1979, CENTURY 21® offices across the nation have supported Easter Seals UCP and have raised over $91 million to support local Easter Seals UCP chapters. CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates is proud to have raised over $253,000 for Easter Seals UCP of North Carolina.

Easter Seals UCP of North Carolina has a strong reputation for successfully helping people with disabilities in our community achieve greater independence. They are the leading non-profit provider of services for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, physical and mental disabilities, and other special needs. For more than 85 years, they have been offering help and hope to children and adults living with disabilities, and to the families who love them. Through therapy, training, education and support services, Easter Seals creates life-changing solutions so that people with disabilities can live, learn, work and play in their communities.

We believe strongly in supporting the local community that supports us. More than 90 percent of funds raised for Easter Seals stays in our local community to help support the Children's Development Center right here in Wilmington. More than 89 percent of every dollar Easter Seals UCP North Carolina's spends goes directly to support programs offered to children and adults with disabilities.

CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates is ranked #5 in the nation out of 4800 CENTURY 21® firms who raise funds for Easter Seals UCP. Our fundraising success has been achieved through ongoing programs such as:
