Whether a person joins us and is new to the business or experienced, we promote those who work hard to excel.
Why do you love being a Sales Manager & what is your role in making Agents successful? My passion is helping others achieve their personal best. I spend 100% of my time and energy focused on how to help the Agents succeed in achieving their goals. I work hard to have a positive attitude, offer encouragement, and being a leader to guide them. I consider this an enormous responsibility and Im fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I love.
What makes your office unique? Our culture. Its supportive and energetic. Ive had clients and Agents with other companies tell me they feel the energy when they walk through the door; there is a buzz in the office. I call that culture, an environment where people want to win.
