Why do you love working for Century 21 Sweyer? The professionalism and the amount of teamwork that takes place on a daily basis. Everyone works together to ensure each others success and the amount of support is incredible. I have met a lot of great people who continue to teach me new things each day. Why do you love being a sales manager & what is your role in making agents successful? I am very proud to be part of a successful team of people and to watch everyone inspire each other. I love mentoring new agents and opening experienced agents up to a different perspective. I am involved in the day-to-day interactions with each agent as a team or on an individual basis and create a positive and energetic environment in the office. Most of all I am always available to offer guidance, knowledge and resources for our team to achieve their goals.
What makes your office unique? The Hampstead Office is energetic and we always find a way to make each other laugh. I am always amazed at how everyone here is willing to help one another without hesitation. We are co-workers and friends who are constantly driven to succeed and the first to congratulate one another on endeavors and success.
What do you think makes an agent successful?A positive attitude and a driven personality to achieve their goals and make it happen. An agent who continually utilizes education and training are sure to keep themselves updated with this changing market.
