Why do you love being a sales manager & what is your role in making agents successful? As the sales manager, I enjoy working with a wide range of personalities and experience levels among the real estate agents. I believe in nurturing an environment where we can all learn from one another, while also being there for each other as a strong support system. I also truly enjoy working with everyone behind the scenes, from our support staff to Jeff & Dave Sweyer, the owners. My role as the sales manager is to provide coaching and support to the agents, as well as, offer them encouragement, advice, best practices, a smiling face and positive reinforcement.

What makes your office unique? Hampstead is a small, close knit group. We have a lot of fun and really enjoy each other's company; you sense that as soon as you walk in the door. We celebrate our success together and we congratulate each other on our achievements. This is a great place to come to work every day!
